What an amazing stay we had at the Imperial! The staff were so kind and professional. They treated us like Royals! The hotel is simply stunning, the architecture and decoration are a must. I spent a whole hour strolling around the hotel and it was amazing. Everything is just woah! We got upgraded to a suite that was very spacious and so comfortable! The service is perfect, the staff really ensure that you are having the best stay. They are always happy to help you with any query you might have and they really made me feel at home. The gym is also great, the machines are brand new and there are many options. Bonus point for the cold towels available at the end of your workout! The swimming pool is also amazing, it is a little bubble of relaxation in the heart of busy Delhi. Looking forward to my next trip Delhi so that I can come back to the Imperial!

I had a really good and pleasant stay at this hotel during my time in India. From the moment I checked in, everything felt smooth and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the small upgrades like the smart TV which had YouTube and Netflix, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety, and the food from the hotel restaurant was honestly great, flavorful and freshly made. What really stood out to me though was the hospitality. The staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout my stay. I especially remember Ravi and a few others who always made the effort to check on me and ensure I was doing okay. That personal touch really made a difference. Overall, it was a very easy and complete experience, everything I needed was right there. If I ever come back to this area again, there’s no doubt I’ll be staying here again. Highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed in Delhi many times and have always struggled to find somewhere that actually looks like the photos. Most hotels use fake photos or glam the rooms up just for the photos but this place is 100% genuine. My room was spotless clean. The bathroom was spotless not a spec of mould, grime or dust and the bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste. The bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room works from wifi to AC. The hotel is located on quite street and close to great eating options and close to some great markets. Karol Bagh is a nice neighbourhood, no one is trying to hustle you and it’s clean and slow paced. The staff are great and go out of there way to help you. The owner is a great guy who also goes out of his way to make you feel like you’re at home. Zero complaints and I recommend this place especially to foreigners who want to stay in a nice chill part of Delhi that is close to everything. This is now my go to stay in Delhi
