the hotel staff was very helpful with any request that we had. Went out of their way to solve any issue. hotel feels new although it is not so new. The location is great if you are looking to be where a lot is going on. lots of restaurants and coffee shops around and the Rothschild Boulevard is a great place for a walk any time day or night.

The breakfast was lovely. It's a small hotel so the choices are limited but fresh and tasty. One may eat indoors or take one's food out onto the rooftop deck, where there is a view to the sea.

10 minute or so walk to the beach and Carmel markets. Good cafe/eatery on ground floor and very close to various other cafes and restaurants. Stayed 6 nights. Room was a decent size. Well appointed with everything you need. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Balcony overlooking street was a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free beers and wine, filtered water and coffee up on the fourth floor communal seating area. And roof terrace with decent views over Tel Aviv.
