Our experience was the perfect example of what I expect from a higher end chain hotel. The check-in went smoothly and our room was excellent. The bathroom was very nice and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The room itself was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city. The bed linens were perfect and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was spotless and clean. And the provided bathrobes were amazing!

Staff were friendly and helpful , two lovely girls on reception , the night porter ovely gentleman and two young ladies serving breakfast , great location , breakfast had great selection , homemade marmalade amazing.

We spent two days at the hotel, the first night in a superior room, the second in a basic room. Both were everything we'd hoped for: comfortable and in perfect condition. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is perfectly located on the outskirts of Galway. The area is lively and a great reflection of Ireland.
