Spacious room with a beautiful panoramic view and cosy carpet. The pool was big, equipped with ample sun loungers, and the gym had all the essentials. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would recommend!

The quality. Every detail had the highest quality. Spotless clean and very helpful staff. Lovely to have free bottles of water every day. It is quite difficult to describe this hotel in words. Perhaps it could be said that it's more like an incredible museum that you can stay in at the same time. The colonial past and glory of this place breathes on you from every corner. All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we felt like a maharaja. The hotel's restaurant offers a wide selection of tempting delights and last but not least, amazing coffee from their own production.

The staff was extremely cooperative in helping me with long term parking. I arrived with my vehicle with last minute notice. Mangga Dua Square Security parking kept fluctuating their prices.It was late Sunday night and Novotel representatives were not starting until Monday morning who could fix my situation. Due to flight schedule I was to leave early. Much stress not knowing the final cinario. And then perfect.Novotel organised everything in my absence. It's wonderful to have someone to trust 🌹🦘👌🙏
