Beautiful hotel close to the harbour. The room was Impeccably clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. There were more than enough breakfast options and all were delicious. I liked the veg has the most. Water pressure was strong and hot water was consistent. All the fixtures were working and in very good condition. I was surprised by the maintenance team of this hotel. There was plenty of space to chill in the complex. The hotel is in a very quiet area. I didn't even hear roosters crowing at night. Everything was exactly the same as the photos. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Gili Air.

Excellent breakfast. Nice and clean little family driven hotel, although the pool did smell a bit of chloride. But since it only takes 5 minutes to go to the beach, this is no problem

We left another hotel on Gili Air in the middle of the night and were welcomed at Divino Hotel during the night. The staff is more than just friendly – they felt like family. My child was greeted and entertained every day; they truly adored her. The owner, as well as everyone else, was incredibly kind and welcoming. Breakfast could be chosen the day before, and everything was freshly prepared just for you. That was something very special for us – they planned and prepared everything down to the time, and always with a smile. Everything tasted delicious. The room was very clean, and we had everything we needed – completely different from the place before. Housekeeping was always top-notch. I would happily book this hotel again and again. It’s a peaceful place where you can truly relax. It’s never overcrowded, not even at the pool. We had a lovely pool and were always there alone. We absolutely loved our stay – thank you so much for everything, and for the beautiful time we had.

This place is as good as the reviews and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you’ll find when you get there. It’s beautifully decorated and the staff are just amazing! Breakfast was also really amazing. I will definitely return.

The best place I stayed at traveling in Gili and Bali for two months. The pool area is amazing. Location is perfect. I stayed in the dorms and they made your bed daily. Friendly staff. Top of the crown would be if they had small lockers downstairs for the toilet bag. You do not wanna miss out staying here.

I had a very nice stay here! The staff is fantastic, always so helpful and ready with great solutions whenever needed. The rooms have many beds, but they are surprisingly comfortable and very quiet, which made it easy to rest. The breakfast was delicious, and the food served throughout the day was also really good. The location is perfect if you want to explore different beaches and stay close to Bangsal Harbour.
