I’m still mesmerised by the experience I had at the hotel, everything was more than perfect. - the hotel staff is the most welcoming, friendly and professional staff I encountered so far, starting from the reception, to the concierge, doormen, spa staff, room service and ending by the breakfast staff -specially Kristof- who were beyond welcoming and caring. -the hotel itself is amazing, no need to mention the masterpiece cafe New York where we had the please of eating breakfast each day. - extremely clean spacious rooms, very warm in winter with a turndown service who made sure that the room stayed in its best shape the whole day. - marvellous spa facility, I had a massage there and the staff were professional and very skilful, the spa itself is clean and modern and one can peacefully relax there. - I stayed here over my birthday and the hotel surprised me not once but twice with a birthday cake, it was such an amazing gesture that won’t be forgotten. I’ll definitely make sure to visit again, hopefully soon! highly recommended and made my Budapest visit just perfect.
