The whole experience was exceptional. From reception until checkout. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel room was clean and was very nice. It was a very comfortable hotel. Its a hotel I would recommend to other people if visiting Dubrovnik!

The stuff was perfect! The girl on the reception was very kind and helpful, twice made us the taxi booking using her own Uber account. Also barman gave us free coffee in afternoon because we didn't take it at breakfast.
