The location of Bastion Heritage Hotel is ideal for exploring all that Zadar has to offer. Situated within the historic walls of Zadar Old Town it is walking distance to all landmarks and the sea. We were able to immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture and history of this enchanting destination with ease. Our room was spacious, very clean, and we had stunning views overlooking the sea. Sunrise was especially beautiful. The spiral staircase stood out immediately, adorned with original stone walls, and was a stunning focal point within the hotel's interior. It evoked a sense of history and grandeur and I preferred ascending and descending the stairs instead of taking the lift. The staff's exceptional service exceeded our expectations, leaving a lasting impression on our experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for exploring the city, every interaction was characterised by genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect, and for that, we are truly grateful. A special thanks to Marina and Ivan for their outstanding service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. In summary, our stay at Bastion Heritage Hotel Zadar exceeded all expectations and left us with memories to cherish for a lifetime. This hotel is the perfect choice for an unforgettable experience. Right in the middle of Old Town which was beautiful and included a car park which is hard to find anywhere in Europe. Breakfast was amazing and the loft we stayed in was super cute and so quite.

I stayed off the season, the hotel was in full function, including spa, and everything was perfect.
