The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. Very impressed with their service !

We recently spent three unforgettable days at Hotel ICON in Hong Kong, and everything about our stay was absolutely excellent. The breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour from our room were the highlight, adding a touch of magic to our experience. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering a fantastic start to each day. One of the standout features was the rooftop pool and fitness center. The pool provided stunning views of the cityscape, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel’s convenient location made it easy to access key attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation, enhancing the overall experience. I liked the entire experience: check-in was smooth and efficient, the stay was utterly comfortable. Amenities and facilities are awesome, this is what a five-star experience feels like. I really appreciated that the hotel staff were friendly without being overly solicitous. The concierge, the front desk were very helpful and attentive. I really enjoyed every aspect of the stay. Breakfast had excellent variety and great taste. Checkout was seamless and quick. Overall, I would return again and again for this kind of service.
