The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and quiet, which allowed for a good rest. The Wi-Fi connection was also strong and fast, which was appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We would happily return here on our next visit.
