The property is great but the room was quite small, but i think its expected out of central London area. The room was cosy and clean and had all necessities and more. The staff more than made up for any tiny bit of inconvenience that you may face in terms of room size. They were the sweetest and ensured all our needs were taken care of. Very polite and charming. Great location-Right behind the Buckingham Palace and very near to the Victoria station

Thanks to Alessandra at the front desk for her fantastic service and hospitality. The room she moved us to was outstanding. The bed, toiletries, towels, slippers, everything was superb quality. Housekeeping staff were absolutely fantastic, and so was bartender Luigi at the American Bar. Alessandra and Mandy at reception, and also the man at reception on the day I checked out, were all fantastic. Basically mostly everyone was fab, and the concierge guys are as usual absolutely fantastic, especially the man in the bowler hat (sorry did not get a chance to ask for his name) is such a lovely man. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

If you only have time to visit one Historic attraction in London, it should be Westminster Abbey. A working royal church since Edward the Confessor. Tombs of Edward the Confessor, Henry VII, Elizabeth I, Henry V, unknown soldier and more. Poets corner is a treat. Coronation chair worth a visit. Really well organised arrangements for the thousands of visitors. All the massive building is clearly well cared for. Whether it's what you usually do or not, catch a Choral Evensong service - very moving experience.

Book online for as early in the mornnig as you can.

Book online for as early in the mornnig as you can. That way there will be fewer people ahead of you and you can take your time. It was the highlight of my week in London. I spent 3 hours in there. I found the most amazing little historic pieces that got missed in the guides and noone talks about. It was pretty awesome.

The highlight of my trip.

The highlight of my trip. If you like history, you need to visit it. It was an incredible experience. Visiting the tomb of Elizabeth I and her half-sister Mary and the Poets' Corner were my favourite parts of the visit. The audio guide is included in the ticket and it helps you experience the visit better. Highly recommended

Loved Westminster Abbey.

Loved Westminster Abbey. Book a tour with a Vesper (at the Abbey) for an additional 10 pounds. Fantastic, informative tour of the abbey, with access to areas the public cannot visit. We sat in the choir chairs and visited St. Edwards Chapel, which only can be done with a Vesper.

The most beautiful and awe inspiring part of our London trip. The arches, the windows, actually getting to walk through the quire where the coronation took place that we had just watched a month ago. We wandered about for an hour or so, then just sat and absorbed the atmosphere for another good while. I wish we had attended a service there but we didn't arrive until Monday. It was just amazing and not to be missed!
