This hotel was excellent. The concierge was provided me with good advice on services in the nearby area. The restaurant provided an excellent breakfast. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. We had an incredible view of the Tyne river looking east to the High Level bridge and beyond.

The price was very low and the location was excellent. Less than a 10 minute walk to the utilita arena. It is also one of the only places offering a room with 3 single beds, which is what we wanted.

The location is ideal for tourism. Train station and coach station very close. Easy walk to the Utilita arena. We did explore Newcastle perfect location. Need to support this type of hotel. Keep booking it. Security on the door all times of the day and night. We arrived at 5am and welcomed.

Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff. Utilita Arena is literally a 5mins walk across the road, which is so handy when going to a concert there. There are some close bars, clubs and take away just across the road which we enjoyed and from our room could not hear the bars when we went to bed. A short work into town with all the shops.
