Love my stay here! Had the most wonderfully warm welcome! I mentioned I was starting a new job and moving to Newcastle. Once I had checked in, Beth, who was working on the desk at the time, brought up a little bottle of cava and a card wishing me good luck from her and the Innsiders team - it was a beautiful detail :) Thank you, Beth! The breakfast is great and the facilities are excellent (big comfy bed and well designed rooms). I enjoyed using the gym and appreciated the cleanliness.

Person at counter was extremely helpful. Printed various maps and schedules, always greeted me, called me by name, etc. He didn’t like football though.

I haven't had a better customer service experience in years! They couldn't help you more and always with a smile. We arrived late due to traffic and they bent over backwards to wait for us and make sure we were checked in quickly. Marcus and gino were exceptional and its rare to find people like this in hospitality anymore. The location is perfect and the rooms were an incredible standard. Thank you
