Really lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful especially the ones on breakfast duty. They go above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing as it was made fresh for each and every guest. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Ice machine on 1st floor. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking from Hampton wick train station and Kingston marketplace. Enjoyed walking to and from the bridge. We really loved it. Will definitely stay here again next time we r there.

The breakfast is great. I recommend you pay upfront at the check in to get discounted price. We enjoyed our stay very much. The bus stop is very near. We liked the transportation. If You are planning to visit the city center and stay in a nice neighbourhood this is the location. Virgin Active is free if You have time to work out.

This is a cosy hotel with perfect location for our activities. The hotel is situated only a short walk from the train station in Twickenham, with a convenient bus stop located just outside the hotel. Breakfast was very nice with a great selection of different dishes. The staff both at the hotel and the restaurant/pub were very friendly and helpful and the room was nice, quiet and very clean.

The best breakfast ever – loved the combination of buffet and à la carte, made with high-quality ingredients Huge recommendation from a family of four, including two teenagers, who stayed in a family room, it was absolutely perfect for us :)
