Everything. The room was fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are quiet and we never heard any outside street noise. The restaurant is great - everything we had was great and the best chips / fries I have ever had. Breakfast is also great and good value for a hotel. Lastly the staff are lovely. Very helpful and nothing is a problem.

The people and their service are phenomenal! They are always smiling and very helpful. I left my asthma inhaler in the room and only remembered it after check-out; they helped me get my medicines without hassle. The bathroom was lovely. Breakfast was quite nice, too!

Everything just worked from checkin to room temperature to dinner and departure. Really professional operation with a very good balance between high touch and letting you get on with your stuff.

Mohamed on check in was really lovely, smiley, friendly and very helpful. All staff was very nice and smiley. Breakfast was great choice. Leisure facilities busy but good. Room was warm, clean and comfortable with great view.
