The hotel is in excellent location: in the very center, while it is convenient to walk to the train station and to the local market and to the castle. My room was spacious, bright, fully equipped with everything needed. The stuff very polite and friendly. The breakfast in hotel just perfect!

The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff are fantastic. Robes and slippers were provided. The toiletries were very nice. There was enough coffee, milk etc for our stay and a really good coffee machine. The rooms are nicely spaced apart so you're not staring into your neighbours room. It also feels very safe as the rooms are behind the marina gates with an access fob required. We ate in the restaurant one of the nights and the food was excellent. So were the cocktails! We enjoyed sitting on the private deck in the evening. It's only a short walk to the train station with regular trains into Cardiff and to Barry island. We will definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel, it is so well situated right in the middle of the city. Easy walk to Cardiff Castle as well as the various shopping outlets. So many restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff are always helpful, this is my second visit and front of house staff, especially, Keith not only remembered me but my preferences. I enjoyed the Sunday roast as well as breakfast before I left - both value for money. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The host/manager simply fabulous! Nothing to much trouble, always very helpful and accommodating, my room was comfortable, clean and everything I needed was provided, extra toilet roll coffee tea milk on offer downstairs at reception, help yourseIf 24/7. I would once definitely recommend wisestay to anyone thinking of staying in Cardiff, 6/7 min walk to train station, 10 min into Cardiff centre, very well located behind principality stadium in a reasonably quiet area. 10/10

Generously sized rooms, well equipped and secure. Hotel surroundings excellent. Very clean. Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is excellent, good choice of 'English' and 'Continental breakfasts. It has been my hotel of choice in Cardiff over several years. Its location is excellent, close to City Centre, university, castle, theatre and entertainment and Principality Stadium. Comfortable bar and restaurant. The hotel is accessible by road and has its own secure Car Park (best pre-booked).

The hotel is very nicely located, right by the Cardiff Bay. It is also not far from the city, a leasurely 45 minute walk gets you to the Principality Stadium. The beds were also comfortable. There is a nice bowling alley quite close and also the Wales Millennium Center. Even though the hotel is right by the big roads, the sound insulation is great and we could sleep without any problem.

Lovely warm and well equipped apartment , and just less than a 20 minute walk to the principality stadium, Cardiff City centre and the train station. There were plenty of parking spaces right outside the property and lots of takeaways and convenience stores nearby . We would definitely stay again.
