Up there with the best of hotel experiences I've had over many visits to London. The rooms are truly exquisite - they are brilliantly designed, spacious and beautifully furnished. The restaurant and bars in the hotel are also excellent. The location is superb - 100 meters from Bond Street station, and a short walk into the centre of Marleybone.

The rooms were so perfect. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful. I stayed here to attend my university graduation ceremony the next day, and when I told this upon arrival, we came back to the room that evening and found they prepared a champaign bottle with a message card as a graduation gift. This was a very pleasant hospitality.

Oxford Street

Stretching out for a mile and a half, you can pretty much buy anything under the sun on Europe’s busiest shopping street. Big British shopping institutions like Primark, John Lewis and Selfridges stock most of it, while the smaller shops toward Tottenham Court Road can still turn up the odd gem if you keep your eyes peeled.

Nice., walkable and you can hop on and off the London bus.

Nice., walkable and you can hop on and off the London bus. Depending on what you have for bus pass. Lots of shops. I like the world famous shop. The Selfridges(architecture- it a high end store). There are so many other stores on Oxford street. I like Oxfords circus train station that connects you to almost all the underground train stations. I love Marble Arch Stn/ area - pictures, shops and scenery. Oxford Street one of my faves.

Better than the last time I was here, but not the nicest experience. If you want to go to Marks & Spencers, the two largest are on Oxford Street, as is Selfridges, but that would be my only reason to go.

The whole world is here.

The whole world is here. I love the busy nature of this street. If you are the type that travel with family, please make a budget first. After my first day with my family, many years when the children were young, I learnt through the hard way. Unlimited spending affected my budget. please don't carry the family to this street without budget.

Oxford Street doesn't have a great reputation among natives of London. However, in the 1980s I would go there to shop at Selfridges for clothes. That's a classy department store and worth a visit.

This hotel is one of my favourites in the city; This was my third visit and each time somehow gets better! The location is perfect, you’re practically on Oxford Street, and everything you could ever want to see, eat or do in London is within walking distance. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble and you feel extremely welcomed. I was given a free upgrade on this stay too which was so appreciated!

If you want a hotel situated in the middle of London (not even 2mn walk from Oxford Street) at a very reasonable price for London, then this is your hotel. I liked the fact that there was a portable heater in the room as well as a fan. the room was what you would expect from a hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

Brilliant location super close to Euston and next door to a underground station and yet only 5/ 10 mins walk from Oxford street . The hotel was very clean and even had a small fridge in room which is a bonus. Even had a little light system in place so you don't get disturbed if you want to sleep in etc . Most definitely staying here again we when visit London.

Great to stay in a privately owned hotel with great touches. location was excellent so convenient and yet quiet and the ambience traditional and hotel very comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Marylebone is a lovely area with many restaurants and (expensive) shops easy to get around London from. Wallace collection so close is superb and Oxford Street a short walk.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my stay - visiting Winter Wonderland and shopping in Oxford Street. Being right on the edge of Hyde Park it was a lovely walk to Kensington Palace and High Street. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was amazing - toast, crumpets, cereals, various fruits, yoghurt, pastries, cheeses, ham, and much more - all for £5. Definitely my go to hotel when in London 😊

If you want to do some shopping, but want to avoid the crowds, you should stay away from Oxford Street and Portobelle Road on Saturdays. Take a trip to some of the boroughs outside the city's centre and discover the local atmosphere. Ask someone in a shop or the staff at your hotel, if you need a few suggestions for a good day out away from the crowds. I usually ask them where they go for a day out.
