Loved the location, central, in a nice area, yet slightly out of the hustle. Lovely old building, beautiful common rooms, restaurants, bar etc. Our room was very nice and quiet. The wifi superfast in the whole hotel. Breakfast very good. Staff wonderful.

2/19 Apartment was beautiful, very spacious with high ceilings, huge rooms and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite was also very spacious with a great rainshower. The apartment was centrally located at the West End close to public transport, a couple of minutes walk to Princes Street and walking distance to The Grassmarket, the Royal Mile and the Castle. We took advantage of the 20% off breakfast at the Huxley which was lovely. I loved this apartment!

A great trip even if you are not a rugby fan, our host was...

A great trip even if you are not a rugby fan, our host was full of knowledge and stories and very glad we went - worth the visit. oh and check which bus stop is the closest to the entrance as it is on the South side and it is a long walk around the grounds!

The location was excellent - close to the tram stop at Edinburgh Park and so easy to get into Edinburgh central and to get to Murrayfield Stadium. There is also an excellent retail park right next to the hotel within walking distance with a Tescos.
