Other than the excellent service from the hotel staff (who were truly fantastic), the hotel itself totally rocks! My pals and I loved the stylish setting and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The coffee was great, and we really appreciated the selection of quality snacks and drinks available for purchase — a nice touch when you need a quick bite or refreshment. The lobby was also a lovely space to hang out — perfect for catching up with friends in comfort. The bedrooms were fantastic, equipped with all the facilities you could possibly need — thoughtful, modern, and super comfortable. I’m so glad I chose Leven over an Airbnb — it really made my stay in Manchester special, especially since it was my first time back in over 15 years. The location is spot-on too — close to UMIST and within walking distance of just about everything. I did have to pay for parking, but honestly, that’s a small thing — everything else more than made up for it! As promised, here’s a sincere and genuine 5-star review for the amazing team at Leven. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town. Leven, you’re my top choice from now on!

The hotel is gorgeous, luxurious and cozy at the same time. But the staff was the strongest feature of the hotel. Friendly, helpful and welcoming, we really felt at home. We want to thank everybody for making our stay so extraordinary.

A truly amazing hotel next to old Trafford. Football pitch on roof for kids , fresh modern bar and eating area. Premium sports TV in the class 92 rooms with sweets and beer in fridge.
