First of all, I would like to highlight the great attention received by Eva, the person who cleans the rooms. Ana is an incredible person who treated my 3 year old son like a grandmother, my son, when we returned to the hotel, only looked for Ana, she also treated our dog great, because one day we had to leave her for a few hours and when we returned, she had put food, drink and arranged her resting place, it was incredible. but Ana has something for everyone and for us she gave us some incredible tips for our visit to legoland and offered us smiles and care throughout our stay and the truth is that we were sad to leave to go back to our lives as we appreciated so much love. when you arrive, they give you a welcome drink and it is formidable. The staff at the reception, bar and restaurant are very helpful and will help you with any queries you may have. The location is perfect, close to the centre of Winsor and a host of restaurants. The cleanliness is very good. Electric car charger available. We would like to thank all the staff for the way they treated us and especially Eva for the care she gave us.

I loved the stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, the communication was no problem. The room was very nice and clean, just the right fit for our needs. We also appreciated the way of breakfast bufet with the option of having a warm meal prepared alongside the cold bufet around. I would absolutely stay here again.

dinner was th eonly bad thing about our stay --- everything else was just incredible... We waited about an hour fo rour food, and when steak delivered it was not tasty at all, no salt not cooked soft or nice, hard to cut to eat ... also no steak knife was provided ... But the hotel cleanness etc was great

Lovely friendly hotel. Staff were very helpful Excellent value for the price paid for the room.. I had a meal in the restaurant and the prices were very reasonable and the food was good. The hotel was ideally placed for Heathrow Terminal 5. I got the bus from the terminal which was only two stops. As I needed to leave at 4.30am I got the pod which was just outside the back door and cost £8.25. Good value and much cheaper than a taxi. Would stay here again.

Excellent location for Heathrow Terminal 5. Underground car park (but expensive, like most airport hotels). Modern, clean and functional bedrooms. Good soundproofing, important when close to airport. Just across the road is a decent local pub serving good Thai food. Good value hotel.

It is a short walk and a lift ride from Heathrow Terminal 5 checkin desks. Rooms are standard mis-priced hotel rooms with the usual facilities.

The rooms are tidy, quiet and have everything necessary for a short stay. Perfect location for Heathrow Terminal 5 as the bus stop is right outside the hotel and it takes less than 5 minutes to reach the terminal. Will definitely stay here again next time I have an early flight.

It offers close proximity to Heathrow Terminal 5, and the bus stops out the front and the fare is cheap. Breakfast is ok. Booking this hotel essentially meant we didn't have to worry about morning traffic and missing our flight out of the UK. So it served its purpose.

Location was great close to Heathrow Terminal 5. Very convenient having the Pod transport from the Terminal to the Hotel. Very nice restaurant where you can watch the planes landing.

Location! Really close to Heathrow Terminal 5 - about 10mins by Bus. Also had the Heathrow Hopper Shuttle that stops right in front of the hotel, makes it really convenient if you've got luggage. Staff were also genuinely willing to help. I came in early and they were able to check me in as soon as room was ready (earlier than normal check in time). This hotel is underated!

Ideal location hotel for a Heathrow Terminal 5 departure - all you had to do was walk across into the terminal from the hotel! Room was good and staff were very helpful!
