Beautifully decorated rooms full of charm & character. All staff encountered were friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is perfect for the Elizabeth Line into London or Heathrow. Cooked & continental breakfast, which was included in the price, was delicious and plentiful. Honestly, there's nothing to fault with this property, and it exceeded my expectations. Would happily stay again.

An amazing property that resembles an old world class, home away from home, decor. Perfectly and conveniently located (especially for nearby Kingston University). Take a short bus ride or walk into town. Best location ever! All the staff were so warm and welcoming but hands down, Karen was exceptionally lovely. She took the time to tell me about buses, nearby facilities, etc. A true gem!

We absolutely love the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, the bed is super comfortable, the shower works perfectly, the staffs are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very generous in providing us with complimentary beer, chocolates, milk, coffee and teabags of good quality in the room, and not forgetting the hearty breakfast! The hotel restaurant/ pub has a nice outdoor space where we can hang out and have a drink until 10pm in the summer. And there is a 24hr McDonald's just next door if we need late night supper.

Booked this hotel last minute because our flight was canceled at the last moment. London was too far to go back to because we had an early flight in the morning again. Wanted to end the nice weekend with a nice hotel. And that it was indeed! Beautiful surroundings, beautiful hotel. Would never of thought of it - used to staying in London - but this is definitely something to keep in mind for the next visit. Beautiful rooms, good service.
