The owner is very nice guy and he responds quickly. When I had a problem with the heating system, I contacted him and he solved the problem right away. The property is located about 15mins walk from Hammersmith,but many buses come every few minutes, so very easy to access between the station and the property. There are also supermarkets and restaurants near by. We were very satisfied with this stay! Thank you.
