The room was great and the breakfast was excellent. On the Monday, we were surprised that breakfast was only served until 10. We presumed it was 11 like the weekend. The most positive thing about the hotel was how friendly all the staff are. They all make you feel very welcome.

Great hotel if you only need bed & good breakfast. The staff were very nice and inviting. Special thanks to Adrienne: when the asian colleague told her it was my daughter's birthday, she and the brasilian colleague arranged a little surprise for her breakfast. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning. There are two train stations within 15 minutes walk. From there, it's a 20 minute journey to London Bridge, but you can go to other destinations. Highly recommended: install TFL app, it's a great way to figure out how to get to where you want.
