Excellent, spacious room with good facilities, including mini-bar. Spotlessly clean with a very comfy bed. Amazing value for money and express check-in/out very useful. Free welcome Prosecco, and beer was a nice touch, as was the choice of teas and filter coffee in the room. Pub was cozy and food both at dinner and breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly and well trained. Location would be perfect for touring the area or walking in the Mendips. Close to Bristol Airport.

Staff super friendly and welcoming, no question or wish was too much, they made us feel very welcome, both in the evening when we arrived and also in the morning for breakfast. Loved the interior design, great mix of old and new. Best shower ever, not often had such excellent water pressure in the UK.

My daughter is 17years old and was in transit to College unaccompanied from her parents. The Hotel was contacted as it stated in the booking that U18 are classed as children and all children must be accompanied by an adult. The hotel were fantastic and the mangement team assisted us with our predicament and they ensured that her stay went smootherly! Fantastic service by professional team!
