We liked the location in the university quarter. Rebekah at the reception was very friendly and welcoming, the staff at breakfast too. The room was spacious. I would stay there again.

An excellent high quality breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff was very professional and helpful and courteous. The location was top notch with the botanic gardens around the corner and a bus into the city centre around the corner. Quiet peaceful street. Lush and beautiful!
