Fantastic location so close to the main shopping facilities, the tram service to get to Birmingham New Street and the Utilita Arena where I went to see Jamiroquai live. Great time to come just a fortnight before Christmas. Staff were pleasant, room was excellent size with all of the facilities required for the two-night stay.

Easy check in (although we noted a long queue later in the day). Very friendly, personable staff at reception and the bar. Great location for Symphony Hall and just a short walk from Birmingham New Street station. Comfortable, very well equipped room, sparkling bathroom- maybe just a bit too warm.

Good heart is located very centrally. Birmingham City Centre is within a close distance. There are bus stops within three minutes walking distance. Birmingham New Street station is a 5 minute uber right. The owner is extremely warm and supportive. Communicates really well and is flexible as well. Cannot thank her enough for her support for our very rewarding and comfortable stay. Extremely greatful for this nice, quiet and cosy unit.

We required a room with 3 beds for myself and 2 sisters, this was ideal so we could all share a room together. The hotel is ideally situated across from Birmingham New Street station and not far from the Alexandra Theatre. Although we did not eat at the hotel, there are plenty of places that do food in the station.

Room was clean and tidy. The staff were informative and friendly. Rachel on the reception was very helpful and checked on how my stay was. Perfect room and place for a stay in Birmingham. It's close to everything in city centre and very close to Birmingham New Street train station.

The property location was central Birmingham , just metres from hill street entrance of Birmingham new street station. Apartment was spacious with great amenities, both bathrooms well appointed and plenty of wardrobe space.
