Excellent hospitality, excellent value for money. The room was as in the photos, clean, comfortable and fully functional. 24-hour reception. Breakfast had the basics but everything was fresh and clean. The area is safe and the underground (elizabeth line) is very close, about 6 minutes walk from the hotel. Special thanks to the excellent managers Kalam and Asif!! They made my stay so enjoyable that I felt like I was at home. I really have no complaints, they are professionals. Congratulations also to Sonia who takes care of the cleanliness of the hotel with her team. Keep up the good work!

The room was great, except for sleep I was not much in it. But cleaned and big enough. The breakfast was good but could include something for vegetarian. The location was perfect if you want to combine with excel.

I appreciated all the staff, they were all fabulously helpful during my amazing stay in London via this famous Hotel. The staff helped me a lot of times to reach all my requested needs other than those related to the hotel as showing the wanted directions. In o e word and to be honest with you, the Doubletree by Hilton overcomes all my previous expectations as I was confused about doing the appropriate choice near custom house in east London.
