The food was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Epic little pub in a lovely area, definitely worth the small detour. A great spot to spend the night to break up the journey. This was hands down the best accommodation experience we've had in the UK so far.

Wow we had a fabulous time at the castle, do try to join one...

Wow we had a fabulous time at the castle, do try to join one of the guided tours, it was very informative and we had many laughs along the way. Afterwards we did our own thing around and inside the castle, definitely be back in the future.

Superb hotel, really welcoming, helpful staff made the stay one to remember. Location is ideal you can walk into town easily with lovely independent shops, Alnwick castle as backdrop is superb, the coast with beautiful beaches is 20mins drive and the moor is similiar. The hotel is new and there are plans for a spa etc. I think when these are complete it will be really something.

Great little apartment. Not the biggest but had everything I needed. Sensational view of Alnwick castle from the living room window. Less than 1 minute walk to town centre and 3 mins to Alnwick castle and gardens. Very attentive host.

Beautiful hotel, in a brilliant location next to Alnwick Castle and only walking distance from the town. There was parking available, a lovely bar and the staff were incredible, excellent service throughout our stay. The room was gorgeous and the bed super comfy, felt very homely. It was my birthday and they upgraded us which made the stay even more special, would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was large and clean with a king sized bed. The hotel is centrally placed in the town close to shops, cafes and bars. Alnwick castle is also close by and is a great attraction.

We loved the location of our apartment, close to all amenities and free parking a short distance away. It was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, with a well stocked kitchen . Our bedrooms were spacious with very comfy beds. Great view from the kitchen of Alnwick castle, we couldn't want for more and did not want to leave! Thankyou Amanda for a highly comfortable stay.

This is an absolutely fabulous apartment and exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The Harry Potter theme is brilliant and you spot new things all the time. Perfectly located for walking to Alnwick castle, with castle views too. Absolutely loved the Harry Potter theme tune as we walked in. So many magical touches, and we loved that we had access to Harry Potter dvds and games. We wished we had booked for longer!

The room is very spacious and very accommodating to family travel. The hotel is close to Alnwick Castle. The breakfast is very good with dining place like a village club with country music resonating, like the vibe very much! Very convenient neighboring facilities for self-driving.

Location for Alnwick Castle and Bamburgh Castle was perfect. Beds were comfy and the staff were very helpful/friendly even given there clearly understaffed situation. FREE PARKING directly behind the hotel. The main room was well decorated and clean. The bathroom could do with a update.
