Staff were very very friendly and accommodating, and very responsive prior to the stay. They allowed us to leave our luggage and use the gym showers after check out which was great as we were taking the overnight train. Facilities were very comfortable and modern. Plenty of space in the public areas to sit and work/hang out. Rooms had a coffee machine and a kettle & tea bags (not a guarantee in France!). Would 100% stay again if I came back to Toulouse.
