I like the fact that each bed is furnished with lights, shelves, USB ports as well as electric outlet, an curtain for privacy as fellow roommates arrive at all hours of the night without disturbing my sleep. There are wall hooks for clothes. The bathroom is always clean. The staff were very friendly and offered help. It is within walking distance from the train as well as bus terminal.

The owner was great. Upgraded us (not at our request) at no extra charge as he had a larger room available. Very friendly. He even helped carry our bags to our room which was very kind of him. Breakfast was simple but excellent. Hotel was incredibly quiet overnight despite it's central city location. Public parking v convenient. Everything was just great. Perfect location for a short city break.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. Although the room lacked air condition (it was okay, because I knew it in advance) and the weather was hot, the climate in Caen helped and the room cooled down during night, so I felt comfortable. There was enough space. The hotel is in the center of the city. I used public transport for transfers, and the bus and tram stops were nearby.
