It was an amazing experience from the very first moment of arrival. The reception personnel was extremely kind and welcoming. We enjoyed complimentary coffee and chocolate to warm us from the cold weather outside. The room size was splendid, and the overall ambiance was magnificent. The restaurant experience was great, too. We had dinner, coffee, and breakfast, which was always amazing. The Finnish Sauna inside the villa is a nice feature.

The whole apartment was lovely, it was nice and quiet, within walking distance from everything, parks, shopping centre, restaurants, buses to santa village, lapland winter village, airport, santa park, super market across the road. the sauna was lovely to have, everything was very modern and clean, i would strongly recommend this place to everyone.

We loved the property, it was clean- well equipped and cosy. 15 minutes drive from everything we wanted to do (mainly Santa park etc) we loved staying away from the main area and our children loved playing in the snow. We were very lucky to have the northern lights above our heads too 💚

Excellent property, convenient location 5 minutes drive from town centre. 15 minutes to Santa park, Santa village and the airport. Esa was an excellent host, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The kids loved the large tv and multitude of toys to play with. The Sauna was a great bonus too. Would highly recommend the property.

Perfect location for an overnight stay before the airport. The bus stop to the airport, Santa Park, and Santa Claus Village is close by. The apartment has everything you need. We can definitely recommend it. Pet-friendly — you can stay with dogs.

Really lovely apartment in fantastic location. Excellently equipped. Lovely and quiet evening though you are so central. Very straightforward check in/check out. Good response from host and very accommodating when I needed to make a change to my booking. Bus stop to Santa Claus Village/Santa Park straight across the road which is very convenient. Shuttle bus to Lapland Winter Park 400m away. Sledging available within 300m at Naava/ 500m at Angry birds. Supermarket across the road. Loved everything about this place!

Location is perfect, right in the center of Rovaniemi. A short (8 mins) walk to the local k-market. Plenty of food places (takeaway and eat in), shops and bars close by. Easy to reach 10 min taxi from airport. 10 minutes to Santa village, even quicker to Santa Park. Lovely host, very clean apartment.

Very convenient to visit Santa Park or Santa Claus Village. Christmas tree in the apartment was wonderful. And created a beautiful atmosphere.Very warm apartment. Chocolate was a lovely touch and grateful that the sofa beds were made up before we arrived. Nice and clean apartment and lots of towels and well stocked. Perfect for a few days away
