TaiwanThe location of Paimentupa is excellent. It is located around Koli National Park. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery at any time. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Paimentupa to the trailhead. In less than an hour, you can hike to Paha-Koli, Akka-Koli and Ukko-Koli, and other hiking trails. The layout and color of the room are elegant and warm, and it is also very clean. It makes people feel like home and very comfortable. It is highly recommended to those who want to travel to Koli National Park. I stayed three nights and really enjoyed my stay there. Paimentupa also offers horseback riding experiences on forest trails, which is also highly recommended. The owner provided considerable assistance, making it smooth for me to get there even by public transportation.

Lovely breakfast and wonderful location next to Koli national park. Tony and partner very welcoming. We enjoyed pony trekking around the area and lovely to wake up with the ponies in the paddocks around our cabin.

The facilities in the hotel is very new and clean, bed is very very comfortable, room is quite for a good sleep ing. Free parking, rich choices for included breakfast. Good location for hiking to Koli national park. Staff are nice and helpful when I asked for cold tap water to take away.

This hotel was our must visit place since trip to Finland in June 2022, so we booked it very much in advance. The location is just amazing and I suppose it is difficult to find another hotel with such picturesque location and access to Koli hiking tracks. In May 2023 there was extreme weather with heavy snow and we managed to enjoy the view. The rooms have potable water stations and the bottle to use for enjoying the tasty sparkling water every day. We really enjoyed the stay and the unique beauty of Koli National Park.

My stay at Paimentupa exceeded my expectations. The room at the granary was surprisingly spacious, and it was dark enough to have a good night's sleep during Finland's white nights.
My hosts were very friendly and helpful. The home-baked Karelian pasties were the highlight of a rich and tasty breakfast.
Paimentupa is located in the midst of idyllic countryside, just a stone's throw away from the cliffs of Koli National Park. The perfect place to stay if you want to visit Finland's most famous National landscape.

Wonderful cabin in the middle of the beautiful finnish nature, excellent view to the lake. Very quiet, almost no disturbance from vehicles. A 12 km drive from the Koli National Park, and on this drive we saw cranes, black grouses and a moose. The cabin is spacious, clean and it contains all you need.
