A wonderful family hotel! The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping. The food was absolutely delicious — everything, from the ingredients to the baked goods, was always fresh and tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The heated pool was perfect, even on cooler days, making swimming enjoyable no matter the weather. There were fun entertainment shows every day at the pool and in the restaurant in the evenings — we were never bored! The staff were very professional and efficient. The service in the restaurant was especially impressive — the waiters worked incredibly fast and managed to be everywhere at once. Everything ran like clockwork. The hotel is located a bit away from the city, so if you want to stroll along the promenade, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk. However, taxis in the city are very cheap — around €7 from the promenade to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and pleasant to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel has poor sound insulation. We often heard sirens from ambulances or police cars on the nearby road, as well as the noise of passing traffic. It’s possible our villa was too close to the road, and other accommodations might be better in terms of soundproofing. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even people snoring! That said, it didn’t ruin our experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

Outstanding!! Well, what can we say? Undoubtedly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived we felt special. Your bags are taken and you are offered a free drink of choice while they check you in. The reception staff and the bell boy (are they still called that?) were politeness personified. After the very welcome drink, we were then taken to our room which turned out to be lovely. We have read some comments about the bathroom being in the room and it not being liked, but actually this works out brilliantly and is a clever concept. There is a door you can close dividing the bathroom and toilet (which has its own door) from the bedroom, and so actually creates a far larger bathroom than you would normally get. Trust us, it works! The pools are lovely. The poolside bar is fantastic, and whilst we chose not to go fully inclusive as we like to explore local restaurants, the amount of complimentary drinks they bring round every so often made this the right decision for us. However, if you like to eat in the hotel restaurants and drink a lot during the day, I would recommed the fully inclusive. How are the staff? I can honestly say I have never met so many lovely, polite and helpful staff in all our years. Nothing is too much trouble and everything comes with a smile. We managed to lock ourselves out of the room and lose a room key, yet this was no issue, they solved it there and then. We'd like to mention in particular Miheala, who worked at the pool bar. She was wonderful, so friendly and happy. She made a real difference to our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast buffet is superb! There was nothing we wanted for, and more than we could have dreamt of! I was partial to the salmon and caviar, my wife enjoyed the range of pastries. We both enjoyed the champagne! As for the restuarants, we only ate in Portofino, the onsite Italian for lunch once. However, it was very nice, but cannot honestly comment much further than that.

Good water park with artificial beaches and cool slides.

Good water park with artificial beaches and cool slides. We arrived late at 11am in the morning and did not have time to go through all the slides and visit the entire park. The problem is that you need to stand 30 or 50 minutes in line for a slide to ride 2 minutes down the hill. We managed only 5 slides. My recommendation is to buy a fast track ticket. But even here you will need to stand in line, but from 10 to 15 minutes in line for a slide.

The best park ever!!!

The best park ever!!! We recommend to use a proper shoes to walk around the park, and to go in the slide and toboggan. For yhe girls, dont you a small bikini, It is better to use gym short, or something the will cover your butt.

GO EARLY!!!!

GO EARLY!!!! the key to enjoying your day at Siam Park is arriving early with your tickets pre bought and getting into the park as soon as. It is easier to navigate yourself once you have settled your items either at a bed or in a locker. The fast passes are available in the morning, and even on quieter days I would recommend them. They were useful and allowed us to skip queues and enjoy ourselves more. I would also advise bringing a packed lunch, as a lot of the restaurants are busy and over crowded during lunch times. easier to have your own lunch and if you're peckish later to head somewhere for food within the park.

We had so much fun in Siam park!

We had so much fun in Siam park! The only negative thing was that the lazy river was out of order and that was the main reason we visited the place but rather than that it’s a great place and we had a nice time ! Defo worth a visit 🙂

Apartment was lovely and in a great location. Easy and cheap taxi back at night with my parents who struggle with hills but very walkable too with quick access to both Siam park/mall and the main beach strip. Host was great showing us shortcuts into the apartment and being able to answer all our questions.

The property is in a great location, 10 minute walk to the beach but the pool at the apartment was amazing for days you wanted to chill closer to home. You’re only 15 minutes from the airport and also a short taxi ride to Siam Park which is amazing. If the hills get too much (or too sweaty!) taxis to and from the main promenade were €6. You’re also close to supermarkets so you can shop and cook as well, I’ll definitely be back!

It’s a great location for Costa Adeje, very close to Siam Park, Ginger Pig etc (the places where us brits love to spend our hard earned cash). The apartment is very clean (minus a few cockroaches, which is expected for Canary Islands in August). The pool is so nice too, with opening hours 10-7pm

Me and my girlfriend recently stayed for 10nights. The location is perfect nearby beaches,Siam park, costa Adeje, playa da americas etc but without all the noise and disturbances. The host was great from the start until the finish. Apartment was modern , had everything we needed and more. WiFi was really good, the pool was great never too busy.We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back in the future. And again big thanks to Andrew for everything could not recommend this place more.

The apartment is located quite close to the beach and it is also relatively close to Siam Park and the Siam Mall, so lots of opportunities for fun in the area. The view is towards a quiet street, with a large balcony. Despite the main streets being busy until late at night, this area was very quiet and offered a good sleep.
