The hotel is absolutely charming and ideally located in a quiet and pretty area while very near shops, areas of cultural interest, beaches and restaurants/bars. Elena the host is a very warm, welcoming and helpful lady that immediately makes one feel at home and cared for. As I was in Las Palmas for intense work purposes, the La Palmera Hotel Boutique has been a haven of peace and homy comfort.

Our stay was great from beginning to end. All the staff were extremely nice, our highlight goes to Jonathan who is responsible for breakfast, he exudes friendliness, organization and agility in helping with whatever is needed. The accommodation is extremely clean and smells great all the time. We had incredible days there, we will miss it.
