Very beautiful territory, a special plus for the food, it is at the highest level, very tasty and does not get bored, as partially changed from breakfast to dinner, as well as every day of the week there is a new cuisine. Fans of tasty dishes will go, for a week did not miss a single meal) Very good alcohol on the bar, it is not cheap, and not diluted. A separate plus that the hotel is only for adults, visitors are cultural and quiet, at night no extraneous noises, separate areas where the music plays and night parties, but it is quite far away, and everything ends at 23 00, after that in the hotel complete silence. The staff is friendly, in general during the stay there were no problems with the staff or with other visitors. Very nice hotel, wish to go back there again!

The resort was comfortable. We tried three possible restaurants on site (Italian, Oasis, Pangea), and the food was great. The service was fast and professional in all three restaurants. The resort was clean and calm.

The apartment was perfect and very clean. It is located just beside a grocery store, and the view from the balcony is incredible. It is very well equipped with a large fridge, kitchen appliances, washing machine, etc. The bed was comfortable for me - I like a firm mattress. If someone is used to something softer, they might find it a bit hard. The balcony also has comfortable furniture and is big with the unbeatable view of the ocean. I liked that tho' I could hear the neighbors, it was still very well separated and private. The garage is easy to access and very comfortable. The pictures are correct, you'll find the same when you stay here. I found Puerto de Santiago quiet, less frequented, which is exactly what I was looking for. There are restaurants nearby the apartment if you want to dine out - but be prepared to walk down- and uphill. The highway (TF1) is about 15 minutes drive, and the mountain-roads start right at the first roundabout. Everything is at hand, and yet it avoids the turmoil of a noisy tourist-location (at least in October). Santa and Denis were both very responsive and nice. Santa met me at the parking of Mercadona and showed everything in and around the apartment (how the gates worked, which key belonged to what and where the rubbish bins were) THANK YOU! :) I definitely recommend this accommodation.

Rooms were very clean and breakfast was fantastic. Also its location was very good - in a small town some good tapas bars, while there are also good hikes available nearby.

Modern and very well-equipped apartment, 2 bathrooms great for a family. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony. Without the included parking spot in the garage, it wouldn't have been possible to park the car in this area. Playa de la Arena and Los Gigantes beaches in walking distance.

Calm location, less people at mid of April, market and restaurant 3min by walk. Apartment No. 202 has beautiful seeview. Pool on the roof is small but enough to enjoy with childern. 1hr drive to the Pico el Teide ropeway and 45min to Masca. Playa de la Arena 15min by walk, Piscina de Roca and Cueva del Tacon 40min by walk or 10min by car.

The design of the room and the hotel is nice. The idea of having different corners with different activities is nice. I think it’s worth to pay for the room with the balcony. The ocean is right in front of the hotel. The view is amazing. The location is very beautiful. Very close to Playa de la Arena. Parking is available in front of the hotel. An italian lady at the reception and a romanian one were very nice.

Very cozy apartment situated in a great location with a wonderful balcony overlooking Playa de la Arena - so close you can hear the ocean waves from your sofabed. Tastefully decorated, very clean and well equiped with anything you might need, everything smelled so good and felt very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and accomodated all our needs. The pool on the 5th floor is great but bear in mind it is not heated. We had an amazing Christmas there and looking forward to going back!

Great location! Lido is just at the gate. Many good restaurants nearby. A few minutes walk to the Natural Swimming Pool and the beautiful town Los Gigantes. Around 20 minutes walking to the sandy beach “Playa de la Arena”. Our one-bedroom apartment was well equipped and had a beautiful sea view from the large balcony. Staff, Loui and Rosie, are very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay!

The apartment is in a very privileged location next to Playa de la Arena (3 mins walk). As seen in the photos it is over a small cliff looking south. It's pretty nicely decorated and has everything needed to spend a wonderful vacation. Everything is new, from the kitchen to the bathroom. The bed is super comfortable too

The apartment has a wonderful seaview, a few steps from "Playa de La Arena". The entire apartment and furnitures are new, including dishes etc. Nearby you can easily find restaurants and supermarkets everything you need.

The location was not where we wanted exactly but turned out ok. Playa de la Arena is a touristy area but all the restaurants that we tried served good food at reasonabe prices.The property was spacious, two bedrooms but also two bathrooms - one with bath and shower over, the other just with shower but very good for family with baby. The other major plus was the enormous sun terrace and the fact that it was up less flights of stairs than the other apartments.
