The hotel is near to the subway and has a beautiful terrace for sitting in the evening. Excellent food also for lunch, for breakfast I missed fresh vegetables. Umbrellas were readily lent at the reception.

Catalonia Gran Via BCN enjoys a prime location on Gran Vía, just a 5-minute walk from Urgell and Universitat Metro Stations, and right next to the airport bus stop.

The property had a great atmosphere, offering a clean, well, maintained environment. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay. Room was wonderful! Corner Suite was spacious, perfectly appointed, layout was easy nicely done. Breakfast was a surprise and unexpectedly nice, great selection, good service! Loved the rooftop amenities and snack bar. Front desk personnel were helpful and attentive. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was / is one of best ever available at a hotel, in Barcelona. The staff is exceptionally nice and never the word “no” was spoken from them.
