Hotel Acta Pirámides was the best choice for us as family. Hotel is clean and comfortable, looks newly renovated, great room, staff are polite, cleaning was done regularly, all fine at a fair price for Madrid. Breakfast was good, no issues. Location: right next to “Cercanias” regional subway and 50 m from Metro line, easy to move around. Right next is the bus stop, number 34 will take you to Prado or Atocha in about 10 min. Some nice neighbourhood restaurants near Piramides, a nice park for kids to play( Madrid Rio). Overall, we really enjoyed it. Gracias!

We enjoyed our stay and would choose it again for a future visit to Madrid. Great location, walking distance to important landmarks (Museo Reina Sofia, Prado, etc.). There are metro stations nearby - very easy to get to the hotel and get around town. There are several different grocery stores nearby as well. The hotel is not huge, there are only a handful of rooms, but for us it's what made it great. The room was comfortable with walk-in shower. Friendly and helpful staff should be mentioned. A bottle of complimentary water in the room is a nice touch. You could leave your luggage on the last day after check out. We took the metro to the airport as well, very convenient.

Less than 1 km from Mercado San Miguel and a 13-minute walk from Puerta de Toledo, the property offers a terrace and a bar.

A beautiful stylish hotel. The reception staff were always welcoming and helpful. Our room was ready ahead of time, which was wonderful as we had arrived on an early morning flight. The breakfasts were amazing with so much choice of fresh and cooked food. The table staff were really polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are well designed and have a great view of the plaza with lots of atmosphere.

as a hotel manager myself, I can say first of all that the smiley and super kind staff makes the first big difference from other hotels, location is great, rooms are super clean and a very nice swimming pool area to relax between day tours. strongly recommended!!!!
