Room was super clean and functional. Nothing was missing. We got a complimentary bottle of cava and a card from the staff as it was our honeymoon - unexpectedly nice surprise. Jacuzzi on the terrace was working and the view was great.

Everything went well and what makes this hotel so fabulous are the staff. We did not meet one grumpy or unhelpful member of staff in our two weeks. They are a credit to Gran Melia. The bonus was the nightly show, fantastic especially Isora Rock

Lovely hotels with details. Tasty breakfast. Terrasse. Lounge. Peacefulness. The energy of hotel is very relaxing. Nice room. Very good location for hiking, taking bus to Los Gigantos, Puerto Santiago, Masca, Teno. We stay only 2 night's, but wish stay longer.

It's so fun for kids, there's so much for the kids to do and its relaxing for the parents, defo use the kids club, Alex is great. The mini disco is awesome and all the entertainment is high quality. Breakfast is fab. I was really impressed! It was busy for a reason! Our room (Barcy apartment) was cleaned every day and loads of lovely towels and dressing gowns. All food buffets really good

Cozy bed and good facilities. Clean communal areas. There is water from a fountain, hot and cold water provided, and a vending machine. One for coffee and one for snacks. Fully equipped kitchen. Good area for remote working and WiFi works really well. Hostel has several areas outside (smoking area & non smoking area… plus more) relaxed atmosphere and everyone is respectful. Music and bbqs are frequent but not on too late. Plus that is what ear plugs are for so no issue with noise I slept really well. There is a small swimming pool and sunbeds, seating and yoga mats. And surfing information. Beautiful view of the sea. Lockers are provided and fridge/freezer to use.

The terrace is huge, with comfortable furniture and fantastic view on Los Gigantes cliffs and the ocean. The sun gets to the terrace at about 10am but at lunch the dining table is in a shadow. The windows are huge giving a perfect view on the terrace and Los Gigantes cliffs. Apartment had everything from coffee, towels, wasching mashcine.

This was our third time staying in the Balcón de los Gigantes building, and this apartment was by far the best one! It’s on the top floor and has beautiful ocean views. The apartment also comes with a parking space and is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay (from kitchen essentials to beach towels, candles, and even a smart lock with code and fingerprint access that is really comfortable to use). Everything was perfectly prepared, and we felt completely at home. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The hosts met us near the apartment and were very kind, showing us everything inside. One of the main advantages of this place is the secure parking — you don’t need to look for a spot to leave your car. The apartment has everything you need for living and cooking. The location is great: the beach with waves is nearby, and you can easily walk to Los Gigantes. There are many shops around, and the area is quiet, but if you’re looking for some entertainment, you can easily find it too.

You could not ask for a better location. The view from the balcony from where we spent a lot of time was perfect. Restaurants, supermarkets and beach are all there. A nice walk will get you to spectacular views of Los Gigantes. Apartment is well equipped with modern appliances.

Modern and very well-equipped apartment, 2 bathrooms great for a family. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony. Without the included parking spot in the garage, it wouldn't have been possible to park the car in this area. Playa de la Arena and Los Gigantes beaches in walking distance.

The hotel is located in the very center of the town. Lidl is literally around the corner, and the Superdino store is located at the back entrance of the complex. The pool is heated and at the perfect temperature, clean and well maintained. Apartments clean 10! Perfect view of the ocean and Los Gigantes cliffs. No complaints whatsoever.

The apartment is dated but clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for a holiday with a six-month old baby (washing machine, microwave etc.). It has a large balcony, and we thought it was worth paying more for the sea view. The kids pool was warm enough for our baby. The hotel is a short walk into both Los Gigantes and Puerto de Santiago. There's a beautiful, pram-friendly walk along the coast.

The hotel was located almost next to Los Gigantes and the apartment had a perfect view from the balcony. The apartment had many facilities, a kitchen with a cooker, microwave and all the cutlery and tableware so that you could cook your own food, too. Everything was clean and tidy, the air conditioning was working perfectly. We were glad that breakfast choice was really wide and it included much food from the local cuisine which was really tasty. There was a little swimming pool, a nice little gym with enough equipment.
