The hotel's location was absolutely perfect- situated in a beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. The room was spotless and cleanliness was clearly a top priority throughout the hotel. The staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any needs. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We were given a complimentary upgrade to a better room at check-in and thouroughly enjoyed every aspect of our 4 nights in the Only You hotel. The buffet breakfast offerings offered a great selection of fresh fruits, breads, cheeses, meats and other assorted delights. Staff were attentive and friendly and made our stay a true joy. We able to walk to all of the sites that we wanted to get to and enjoyed a number of great bars and restaurants in Madrid. A wonderful hotel in a magical and special city.
