Great staff, very helpful and polite, and always customer oriented. Very nice and clean rooms, spacious with comfy bed and nice amenities. This hotel exudes luxury without being ostentatious. There is a great fragrance all around, which is specially crafted for this hotel. Overall a great experience, service at its best, and extremely well located. Highly recommended

The hotel is situated in a very conveninet location as well as a lovely area. Lots of lovely restaurants close by. We walked everywhere in Madrid, no need for a taxi. Superb room, quiet and very comfortable. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

The location of the hotel was perfect, it's in the middle of the beautiful Gran Via. It's in a classic building that impressed us the moment we walked in. The interior is tastefully designed, modern, unique and relaxing. No matter how busy it is outside, you'll always feel serene inside the hotel. Staff is warm and professional, service is swift and cheerful. Breakfast is great and the staff at breakfast are delightful! The room is cozy, the bed is huge and comfortable and everything is spotless. I particularly like the huge bathroom and the view of the Gran Via. My 5 yrs old daughter loves the place because "people are kind". We were pleased we stayed here. I can't recommend it highly enough! Thank you to everyone who made our stay lovely!
