The room was gorgeous, the decoration of the whole hotel was great, staff very nice, food was good, you had all you need at breakfast. Everything was perfect.

The Meliá Castilla offers comfortable accommodation just a few metres from the Paseo de la Castellana, it is also close to the Real Madrid's Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

I absolutely loved everything — I have no complaints whatsoever. From the front desk service to the housekeeping team, everyone was outstanding. They were incredibly accommodating, especially since I was traveling with my pet. At all times, they gave me clear instructions regarding areas where dogs are not allowed off-leash, but they were always empathetic and kind in guiding me on where pets were welcome and where they weren’t. The breakfast is amazing with a great variety! As a concierge myself, I congratulate you for your excellent work and dedication. Without a doubt, this has been one of the best stays I’ve had in Spain. I recommend you 1000%!

Everything was perfect, as expected ! Rooms spotless clean, staff very helpful and welcoming. Hotel is located in a very quiet neighbourhood and has plenty of free parking nearby if you're planning to rent a car. Whenever I'm back in Madrid I will definitely stay again with Pinar Plaza hotel. The hotel was at a very convenient location, with easy access to Madrid center. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and cover our family needs. Recommended for short stay.
