Amazing location 5 mins walk from cathedral and alcazar, and overlooking a lovely square, which while it had atmosphere was never noisy. Roof terrace great for the sunset. Room was fabulous and the staff were excellent.

Great and friendly staff. They provided us with best food areas of the city and helped us with all our needs, especially with ordering an early taxi that we needed because of the time of our return flight. The location of the hotel is great for exploring Sevilla on foot and you can reach all the important sights with a short walk. The rooftop bar is great to enjoy in the sunny weather with great views of the city. When we return to Sevilla in the future, we plan to stay here again.

Wonderfully quiet and peaceful. Elegant surroundings, friendly and helpful staff. The pool and outdoor area were a wonderful retreat in the heat. A real treat to stay here. I’ll definitely come again.

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite for our wedding anniversary, treated to chocolate strawberries and Spanish cava, and our bed was decorated with rose petals on turn-down! There is a lovely swimming pool complex and just before sundown the waiters come around with complementary delicious homemade ice-cream of a different flavour each day. We ate in the casual outdoor terrace restaurant (Ena) on our anniversary night and the food was excellent and we enjoyed looking out over the romantic street view with illuminated fountain and horse and carriage riders passing by. The breakfast offered in the San Fernando atrium restaurant in the morning was wonderful and had all the choices you could wish for in a five-star hotel including an excellent omelette station, super coffee and fresh croissants. The hotel staff were helpful and courteous and arranged for us to store our luggage the next day until evening, issuing us with a pool pass to use the pool and shower facilities before our evening flight
