We came at 8 am 14/11 and as of rules the check in must be at 2 pm But thx for receptionist to make for us check earlier it was really nice, thanks for Kero! The guests relation Anna was amazing with support. Anything what I needed I messaged her via WhatsApp and request done in few minutes. Thx for barmen Walid of VIP lounge, he’s professional and also would like to tank the waiter in the VIP restaurant on the beach, I forgot his name but he’s really amazing and his vibe so good The all staff starting from security and ending by HK - GOOD. It was great experience!

It was a great stay. I would usually just give 9/10 stars, but the manager Seyed and the guy responsible for "Gästebetreuung" did everything they could to make it an amazing stay. Thus, I give 10/10.

Steigenberger Alcazar is the latest venue in Nabq around 15 minutes from Sharm El-Sheikh International Airport.
