⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pickalbatros Golf Luxury Suites in Sharm El Sheikh, and I must say it was an outstanding experience that exceeded all my expectations. I want to give special recognition to Mr. Moutz Abdelgani, who truly was our “memory designer” throughout our stay. He expertly managed our booking from start to finish and provided the exceptional level of service we’ve come to expect from this establishment. What made this visit particularly special was that Mr. Abdelgani went above and beyond our expectations, delivering service that surpassed even our previous wonderful experiences. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for ensuring our comfort made our stay truly memorable. It’s rare to find someone who not only meets but exceeds the high standards we’ve experienced before. The combination of the beautiful resort facilities and Mr. Abdelgani’s outstanding service made this trip unforgettable. It was amazing stay in Jewel Hotel i didnt feel that i am stranger i can say the staff considered me like brother or friend they were smiling all the time with real action so many facilities and activities. The staff was excellent never hesitate to ask any need or service especially Mr. Ihab very nice and friendly man Mr. Shadi in house keeping special thanks for them and all staff all the staff was honest as well trusted. Location was over than perfect sea view with front beach swimming swimming pools very sweet garden clean tidy comfortable modern relaxing and all services. The hotel hotel is very clean and tidy as well very comfortable food is very delicious. House keeping is very perfect and very clean room is very wonderful with all services restaurant is very clean tidy with delicious food .treatment is perfect. I would recommend to visit and stay in this hotel

I am gladly to share my great experience regarding the great, amazing and lovely service, specially from mr. Shadi and mr. Shaher who are always smiling and roping with pleasure, and who make a great vibe at the hotel. As well as thanks to the chefs for tasty food: chefs Mahmoud and Nabel. Thanks to the other stuffs such as Walid, Ehab, Mohmed Akarsh, Islam and Tarek at the bar. And thanks to the others who aren’t mentioned.

Breakfast was good and we had the option to go to the neighbouring Naama Bay hotels for a larger spread of food. Staff were really helpful and Aamira was great with helping us get around or get amenities for the room.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made me feel completely at home.The location is 700 mt to central of Naama Bay , you can walk easly.What truly made my stay unforgettable was the friendliness and helpfulness of the team.I would definitely love to come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay. A special thank you the reception manager Mohamed, who kindly helped us with our first day Taha and Ahmet from the restaurant 🙏

Great location close to the centre of Naama Bay. Great beach area and everything let clean and tidy. Guest relations team were very helpful and attentive. I only stayed bed and breakfast so can only make food comments on breakfast which had a great variety.

Everything you expect from quality 4* hotel. Friendly bartender, quick reception, tasty food, three pools, great hotel layout, inexpensive prices. You can see hotel is italian oriented, by food choices and spoken language. Two sand beaches at Naama Bay, one walkable 5 min Gavi beach, second 5 min driveable by hotel bus near Kalimera Sharm.

Nice self contained apartment. Has all the facilities and a handy mini supermarket nearby for essentials. Great quiet location. Shared pool but virtually private as not heavily used. Balcony lovely for sunsets. 10-15mins walk to Naama Bay beach. Amr the owner very helpful. Definitely recommend.

Amazing location, friendly helpful staff, amazing spa in the hotel, great excursions to book from the hotel like desert safari trip, RAS Mohammed sea trip with snorkelling/scuba diving. Free shuttle bus every evening to Naama bay. 2 huge pools and entertainment was 10/10. I would 100% book this again.

Jewel Hotel is located in the beautiful Naama Bay, on the beach. My room had a stunning view over the blue water in the daytime and over at the lights of the city on the night time. Friendly and helpful staff, modern rooms and bathrooms, room service, and outside food during the whole day, till 2 am. A mention for the people who like a glass of wine for dinner: they don't serve alcohol, but it is allowed to bring your own one. Thank you to everyone there, for your kindness, and for treating me so well!
