As usual Niklas Hansen was a superstar! Jens was also very helpful in getting us settled in to the room. I always love the atmosphere in this hotel - it truly makes you relax. The additional filtered water tap was great and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect.
