A Wonderful Stay on Bornholm! Our stay at Strandhotel Balka Søbad was absolutely fantastic. The location is a dream – right next to a beautiful sandy beach in a quiet, peaceful area, perfect for relaxing and taking long walks. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable – every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The food was a real highlight – breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and offered a great selection of local products. You could really feel the warm, homely atmosphere with every meal. The biggest highlight, however, was the owners – incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. They create such a warm and personal vibe that makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, beautifully located hotel with heart!

The cleanliness of the hostel was brilliant. The hostel team answered my questions about bike storage before my stay and I was met with a nice surprise in the form of sweets on my bed!

Loved it! From the kind welcome, to the apartment, care in solving our requests, it was a great stay. The apartment is very cosy, nicely decorated and well maintained. The kitchen is also well equipped.
