Everything was great from the check-in counter to the big, clean rooms with anything you need to feel comfortable. The bed was great and the city view as well. NFT Sky bar in the hotel on 47th floor is great for having a drink after a busy day. Near the hotel is the Metro station (U bahn - Messe station) so you can easily go to the city center or anywhere else in the city. And not to forget breakfast was perfect.

The lady at reception was lovely, she has excellent customer services skills .Loved the sauna, location (18 minutes walk to the stadium), the view from the room. Coffee machine with coffee pods, selection of tea, sugar and sweetener, complimentary 1 liter sparkling water water dispenser in gym/wellness area with paper cups.

The room was all you needed after a long flight and delays. The bed was so comfortable, and bathroom was clean and good shower. What really made our stay was the bar and common seating area. We spent time the following day enjoying a few drinks and the comfortable seating. I was really impressed and one lady that was on provided outstanding service to us and would like to thank her for that.
