The lady at reception was lovely, she has excellent customer services skills .Loved the sauna, location (18 minutes walk to the stadium), the view from the room. I had expected a very anonymouss hotel close to the airport, but the nice guy at the reception had treated me like a friend and more than welcome guest - amazing experience. Nice and very clean place.
