The studio apartment was very comfortable and well appointed, much bigger than expected, with separate and well equipped kitchen, large bathroom, ample space and a very comfortable living area. The breakfast buffet was always excellent and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly

Great location for walking, activities and visiting Winterberg. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and well maintained.

First day we had taken and Apartment and for the second day a double room in Resort. Rooms very clean and well maintained. Indoor swimming pool was also very well maintained. The staff at the reception and in the Restaurant were highly courteous. Overall, really liked the property.
