This hotel absolutely exceed my expectations! The neighborhood was beautiful -- tree-lined streets, lots of shops and restaurants, and convenient to public transportation. The room was beautiful -- brimming with old-world charm -- and the 'business center' upgrade had TWO bathrooms (never seen that before in a hotel room), with the best shower I've ever had in a hotel! The breakfast was sumptuous, with pretty much every breakfast food you could think of. And the staff was top-notch -- especially Knute, the afternoon/night front desk person. He was exceptionally personable, funny and helpful. He recommended really good restaurants nearby, offered 'tips and tricks' for what to see and how to get around, and told us multiple stories about the city and what life was like growing up there. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone.

loved the design and homely feel, a lot fresher than most hotels I've experienced in Berlin. was great to have the restaurant and Cafe on hand but also be able to make meals in the room. this is a great base for a 4-5 day stay. really easy to get around, fantastic to have balcony doors to let fresh air in.

If you’d like to enjoy a 360° view of the city and the entry fee of €18–24 isn’t a concern, this spot can be a good option. Be sure to book your tickets well in advance. Personally, I don’t consider it a must-visit attraction given the price, but the overall surroundings are pleasant.

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there. There's also a mall nearby (Alexa)

The room was amazing! Comfortable bed, small kitchen and a big balcony with a a nice view. The check in was easy and the neighbourhood is the ideal when visiting Berlin. It is safe, a lot of restaurants and shops around and 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz. Last but not least the people of the hotel that we were talking before the arrival were friendly and made this stay perfect for us! I will definitely book again here when i will visit Berlin again.

The apartment is beautifully presented with everything you could need for your stay in Berlin. Key collection was easy. Location, near Alexanderplatz, is convenient. Appliances, including a washer and dryer, are good quality. Highly recommended!

The hotel name is misleading - it’s not really close to Alexanderplatz, even though the price level is similar to hotels located there. Unfortunately, it doesn’t offer the same standard. Breakfast is very basic and there are no hot options, unlike other hotels in the area. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and check-in/check-out went smoothly. The rooms are comfortable.

Overall the room was clean and had good lighting. We were overlooking the courtyard and it was very quiet. The bathroom was modern and appeared to have been recently refurbished. The reception areas were spacious and attractive. There is a tram stop outside the hotel with frequent trams to take you to Alexanderplatz. The breakfast staff were polite and very attentive and the buffet was well stocked.

The room was big, with terrasse and magnificent view, all facilities were in place including washing machine, which is very rare case for the hotels.
